ಕನಾ೯ಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ನಿಗಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಚಾಲಕ ಮತ್ತು ಚಾಲಕ-ಕಂ- ನಿವಾ೯ಹಕ, ದಜೆ೯- 3 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಕನಾ೯ಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳು, 1982 ಮತ್ತು ತದನಂತರ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಗಳ ಅನುಸಾರ ಅಹ೯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಗಳಿಂದ Online ಮೂಲಕ ಅಜಿ೯ಗಳನ್ನು  ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೊಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನಿಯಮದ ಅನುಸಾರ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಕೆಲಸದ ಮೇಲೆ ತರಬೇತಿ  (on the job trainee) ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
